Ma Guoli, Deputy Chairman of LeSports, is one of the most influential figures in the Chinese sports and broadcasting industry. Ma joined China Central Television’s sport department in 1982 and had led CCTV Sports for 16 years, in charge of CCTV’s coverage of FIFA World Cup (1990, 1994, 1998, 2002), Olympic Games (1992, 1996, 2000, 2004), and Asian Games (1990 to 2002). Ma became the COO of Beijing Olympic Broadcasting from 2005 to 2008. He then became the chairman of Guangzhou Asian Game Broadcasting in 2009. Before joining LeSports, Ma was the Chairman of Infront China from 2014 to 2016.

Melissa Pine is the Tournament Director of the BNP Paribas WTA Finals Singapore presented by SC Global and doubles up as the Vice-President of WTA in Asia Pacific in charge of promoting women’s tennis in the region. Pine plays a pivotal role managing WTA’s regional offices in Beijing and Singapore. She oversees the strategic planning and execution of WTA events in various Asia Pacific markets, capitalizing on business opportunities and the development of WTA's regional fan base. In 2014 and 2015, Pine led numerous in-market engagements such as tennis clinics and press events as part of her strategy to promote tennis throughout Asia Pacific.

Melvin is currently the CEO of Havas Media Singapore and concurrently heads Havas Sports & Entertainment in the region. Havas Media Group is, arguably, the fastest growing communications group today.
Melvin, interestingly, does not come with an Agency background. Instead, he’s been a consumer marketer for over 15 years on power-brands like Tiger Beer, SingTel and DBS.

Nicholas is the Vice President of Samsung's Media Solutions Center for Southeast Asia & Oceania. He is responsible for content and services offerings by Samsung across categories including Entertainment, Games, Learning and Reading, Lifestyle, Music and Sports. To do so, Nicholas manages over 40 team members based in regional headquarters in Singapore. The team is supported by over 100 specialists based in the Southeast Asia and Oceania markets. In this role, Nicholas manages business development, sales, customer and partner relationships, marketing and branding for the Media Solution Center and its products and services.
In January 2013, Nick launched Wasserman’s business in Asia. He is responsible for securing clients and servicing their needs, as well as handling all strategy and management tasks. Clients for Wasserman Asia include: major platforms and channels as well as premium rights holders.
Prior to Wasserman, he was VP of Programming and Acquisitions at ESS running of 19 linear TV networks and 5 Digital Media platforms in 14 countries. He managed ESS’ acquisitions and rights holder relationships including: FIFA, the EPL, UEFA and Formula 1. Before Asia, he spent 7 years in the US at FOX Sports and FIC.

Patrick has over 20 years experience working in sports media and marketing. He was Managing Director at TEAM Marketing in Europe responsible for selling media and sponsorship rights for the UEFA Champions League and the UEFA Europa League. Patrick was previously with News Corp and ESPN STAR Sports in Asia creating, acquiring and developing sports events. He then established Catalyst Media Group Ltd in response to the growing demand for high quality sports and entertainment content in the Asia Pacific region.
Paul Hembery was born in Yeovil, United Kingdom, on March 21, 1966 and soon developed a passion for motorsport that would eventually take him to the top of the competitions department in the world’s leading Ultra High Performance tyre manufacturer.
In 2000 he was appointed as Pirelli’s motorsport director, putting into place a long-term plan that would take the Italian firm to the very top of international motorsport.
As well as running the Formula One programme, Paul oversees nearly 300 other motorsport championships worldwide, taking in endurance racing, stock cars, rallying and junior single-seaters. He divides his time between Milan and his home in England.
Paul Parker enjoyed a distinguished playing career for club and country. The versatile defender won 19 England caps and played the 1990 World Cup semi-final against West Germany. Paul joined Manchester United in 1991, where he helped the club claim its first league title for 26 years in the inaugural Premier League season and also picked League Cup and FA Cup winner's medals during his six seasons at Old Trafford. In that period, he played alongside legends such as Eric Cantona, Roy Keane and David Beckham. Now living in Singapore, Paul appears regular as a TV pundit throughout Asia providing expert views and analysis of European football. Originally hailing from a traditional media background, Pete worked for the first ten years of his career for JWT and Carat as a Strategic Media Planner in the UK located in his native Manchester and then in London.
In 2000 he moved exclusively into digital media when he was one of the founders that launched Outrider in the UK. For the next seven years, he was as a key member of GroupM’s digerati. During his time there he ran blue chip finance, travel, property, automotive, entertainment and FMCG clients across the UK and EMEA.
Pete moved to Asia in July 2007 and joined IPG Mediabrands, where he was APAC Digital Strategy Director based in Bangkok. There he worked on J&J and Coke brands across all Asia markets; plus, Best Weston and Hyundai Kia during a 6-month placement into the US based in LA.
In 2009 Pete was recruited by Ogilvy. He moved to Singapore and was made Regional Strategic lead across Asia for neo@ogilvy and there he worked on SAP and Amex across APAC and South Asia.
For the last two years, Pete has been based in Chicago as the Global Digital Media lead for BP/Castrol at Mindshare.
He returned to Singapore in January 2014 and joined Mondelez International in the Global Media Team as Director of Global Media Innovation.

Sitting on BT’s Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa (AMEA) leadership team, Seb Hills is responsible for BT’s strategy in the region, including architecting a new investment programme, which aims to aggressively grow BT’s business in AMEA over the coming years.
Prior to BT, Seb spent nearly 10 years in the consulting industry, working with telecom companies across the Americas, Europe and Asia. He was also instrumental in helping build two start-up companies.
